Refund Policy

If an order arrives damaged, contact us within five business days with your order number and photographs of the packaging and contents. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

If you receive an incorrect item, we will correct the order at no additional cost once the error is confirmed against the lot and batch numbers on the shipment.

Because materials are supplied for laboratory research, opened or used items cannot be returned. Unopened items may be considered for return within fourteen days of delivery with prior authorization.

Orders may be cancelled before they enter preparation. Bulk and special orders that have been sourced may not be cancellable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Posting times depend on your payment provider.
